About Me
Aur Saraf is a programmer with a strong desire to find the perfect language to express himself in, which often manifests the strongest when he has a looming deadline before him. He is mostly autodidact, though he had stints with the Open University (Computer Science) and the Technion (Mechanical Engineering). He worked in the security field (Aladdin) and on test automation (Wanova) and is currently serving in the IDF. He taught himself enough Haskell to write a computer game upon hearing the claim that purity eliminates most bugs and significantly helps debugging those that remain (in Sayeret Lambda's Clojure Day). He enjoys talking about code maybe even more than writing it. At 22, he sometimes feels 12 and sometimes 42.
