Functional Reactive Programming provides a purely functional way to describe reactive systems. Arrowized FRP implementations make use of the concept of Arrows to implement signal functions. 

This group should provide a coordinated effort towards documentation and "TLC" for arrowized FRP libraries, and perhaps coordinate the release of a standard AFRP library.
