About Me
I'm a polyglot programmer with a preference for Haskell.
I have contributed to many open source Haskell projects including GHC, Cabal, Agda, Stackage, hint, c2hsc, gloss, sodium, and reactive-banana. I am also the main contributor for the lesser known projects Hawk, frp-zoo, and cabal-rangefinder, all of which can be found on my github page [1].
I spend a lot of time answering Haskell questions on the /r/haskell subreddit, of which the longer examples can be found on my gist page [2].
I'm also an active member of the Montreal Haskellers User Group, where I gave many presentations about various subjects such as monad transformers, nullary type classes, type-level Nats, the Bound library, and how the lessons of Haskell transfer to non-functional languages. The slides for some of those presentations are available online [3], if you're willing to install a custom slide system I wrote called git-slides. No videos are available, but I did start posting Haskell videos to youtube recently [4].
