If you're a versatile and pragmatic engineer with a genuine enthusiasm for type inference, partially evaluated functions and pointfree style, we're looking for you. You will take the lead on solving difficult cross-sectional problems across the stack.

Responsibilities
- plan, implement, and optimize new features to carry out our product roadmap
- develop performance-critical code over the complete stack for LeapYear's software
- conduct security reviews, internal audits, and vulnerability assessments on our technology
Requirements
- professional experience in functional programming
- track record of delivering high-quality product features on schedule
- strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
Preferred
- excellent Haskell skills
- experience developing robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant services
- professional experience in developing secure critical systems
- up-to-date knowledge of information security and privacy standards, frameworks, and assessment methodologies
