AdWyze is changing the way marketers work with data. We are building a marketer’s hub where they can measure, explore and optimise campaigns on a single platform. We are a fast moving team and constantly keep building. 

We are a lean team and all teams marketing, product and tech work closely together. You will be part of a high performing team who constantly challenge and mentor each other. We  constantly face in performance, building pipelines for seamless data integration, building interfaces which will allow marketers to surface the key insights and allowing our customers to take corrective actions.

We have a great set of mentors who help us on our challenges and vision. We also work very closely with our customers for whom AdWyze is an integral part of their work and who hotly debate any new feature addition that come out.

Your role:

We are looking for backend engineers with strong fundamentals in distributed systems. You should be able to take a look at our infrastructure and come up with tons of ideas on making them better. 

This is not an easy gig, it will require strong technical chops and an insatiable curiosity to make things better. You will constantly hit new ground and you will work on features that roll out in weeks not months. You should be curious and helpful and work well with teams helping others with code reviews, architect solutions and mentor. We want adults who don’t want to be managed but mentored.

Deep understanding of how to build performant, decoupled, testable, maintainable code. We’d love if you have a good breadth of knowledge across-the-board, coupled with a deep area of expertise. You should be one of those naturally curious types, always looking to improve things, love dabbling in your own side-projects and learning new skills that are not necessarily part of your normal day job. You’re probably someone who enjoys sharing knowledge with team-mates, asking for help when they need it, and at the end of the day, thrive on writing great code.

Requirements:

Design and build scalable and highly available distributed systems

Ability to write quality code, including tests, testing frameworks, benchmarking and performance optimization.

Own features and systems in production.

You have severe, incurable curiosity.

You can distill complicated problems into simple and elegant solutions.

You're a self-starter. We have a completely flat hierarchy and don’t micro manage.

Founded by an experienced team, AdWyze was incubated and won MIT Global Startup Labs in 2014. We have since grown rapidly and count some of India’s largest e-tailers as our customers. We have a rapidly growing revenue stream and have been self-sustaining for many months now. While we are incredibly proud of what we have built, we truly believe the journey is just 1% done and there are markets to conquer and hard problems to solve!
